The War and Treaty August 20

The War & Treaty August 20, 2017, at 6 PM

Sometimes you don’t have to look far to find world-class musicians which is the case for The War & Treaty.  The War & Treaty hails from Albion and recently recorded their EP “Down in the River” in Albion.  The War & Treaty serves up a blend of roots music, bluegrass, folk, gospel, and soul.  Their music encompasses experiences and stories from Michael’s time in the military serving in Iraq as well as the heart, soul and love that Michael and Tanya have for each other.  Michael and Tanya both pull from their individual and joint experiences to create a music style that touches on a variety of genres but never finds itself confined to anyone.

Get a taste of what you’ll experience during Sunday’s concert by listening to their music on the website or watch one of their music videos, “Hi Ho”.

The sounds of The War & Treaty will start at 6:00 PM on Sunday, August 20, 2017 in Victory Park.
