2016 Swingin’ at the Shell Concert Series


Hello, Music Lovers! This year marks our 13th season of Swingin’ at the Shell and we are excited to announce the upcoming free summer concert series line-up! All of the following concerts will take place on Sunday’s from 6:00pm – 7:30pm.

  • July 17th: Marshall Rotary Band (guest conductor Ed Zentera, retired KCC conductor, will provide us with a great concert full of marches, anthems and classic concert band pieces)
  • July 31st: Steve King and the Dittilies (oldies)
  • August 7th: Shawn Riley Band (classic rock)
  • August 14th: Brian Vander Ark (of the Verve Pipe)
  • August 21st: The Moxie Strings (instrumental wizardry)
  • August 28th: Blackthorn (Celtic)
  • September 4th: Big Boss Blues (featuring Marshall High School student Jacob Kershaw)
  • September 11th: Brena Band (exciting cover band featuring horns, violin, keyboard, electric and acoustic guitar and vocal harmony)
